The Opportunity:

This is your opportunity to be the customer service specialist communicating the positive name and development of AsureQuality Diagnostics.

This is a key position in a small but very proactive team of experts in their fields, requiring the communication and promotion of products and services to customers; taking orders, providing quotes, cold calling and following up as an advocate to and for the business.

There's the chance to build knowledge and experience of business development project management, assisting with booking of trade shows, marketing and communication options for the team to their customers. It's a fantastic learning opportunity utilising your knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, science and/or technology.

About You:

This is a permanent, full time role working Monday to Friday.

To be considered for the role you will ideally have …

• Previous Customer Service experience.

• An interest in, or knowledge of, Laboratory Science.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Capability to influence without authority

• Experience with SAP will be beneficial

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work systemically to achieve high quality standards

• Self-motivation, a positive outlook and the drive to focus on solutions.

• A great team player.

A background in Medical, Pharmaceutical or Pathology is also highly regarded.
